OWLA Public Forum – Adam Effler, Owasco Lake Watershed Management Council

OWLA is pleased to announce that Owasco Lake Watershed Management Council’s Executive Director, Adam Effler, PhD will be the presenter at the August 3rd OWLA Public Forum. We will hear how the Management Council has played an active role supporting the advancement of both the Owasco Lake Watershed Rules and Regulations and the 9E Watershed Plan. The Owasco Lake Watershed Inspection and Protection Division has made a vital presence inspecting the lake and its watercourses and its watershed to identify compliance with the Rules and Regulations. Their staff provides educational outreach within the watershed community that supports environmental awareness and lake stewardship.
