An annual membership to OWLA is an effective way to become a steward of our most valuable asset. Using the membership form below, you can join OWLA with a Personal Membership or a Business Membership.

The Owasco Watershed Lake Association (OWLA) works to protect the lake and its watershed. OWLA educates the community about Owasco Lake and ways to protect that surface freshwater - freshwater we all use everyday.
